Registration & Accommodation
All Pediatric Congress participants must submit a completed registration form. Hotel accommodation at special congress rates is available to CIP congress participants and their families.

A rich variety of optional Paris tours is available for CIP Congress participants and their families that accompany them.

Official Letter of Invitation
Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent upon request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee of the CIP Congress to provide any financial assistance.

Visa Requirements
Participants are requested to check with the French consulate in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. In case if you need an invitation for visa, please click here

Liability and Insurance
The organiser is not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the CIP Congress. Participants are advised to take their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Badges

It is important to wear your name badge during all the congress sessions and social events. The price of USD50/Euro30 will be charged on site for losing your name badge. Thank you for understanding.

Banking and Exchange
Foreign currency may be changed at banks during normal banking hours, at hotels, airports and in exchange offices. All major credit cards are accepted in most of the hotels, restaurants and shops. The official currency in France is Euro (€).

Dress Code

During working sessions, the dress code is smart casual.
