Program
- Short introduction to the possibilities within pediatric simulation and how to use it as a teaching tool.
- Run-through of a basic simulation session, using a patient simulator representing a newborn patient.
- Focus on human factors (communication failure)
- Involve the participants at critical cross-roads – “where do we go from here”?
